As you will know there are many rooms in my home that are still a work in progress. Although we have changed a lot downstairs and have also started on the top floor in the kids bedrooms, the middle floor and our bedroom have yet to see a lot of change. That doesn’t mean that I don’t try to make what we do have look good and our bed has been looking a little tired and in need of some fresh bedding for a while now.

So when I was contacted by You Comfort to see if we could work together in some way I headed straight to their website and was impressed with the price and quality of their bedding basics. They have a range of duvets, pillows and mattress protectors to choose from and everything is so reasonably priced.

I chose the Easy Comfort goose feather and down duvet and the Easy Comfort duck feather pillows. I wanted a much more luxury feel when I got into bed at night which is why I went for the feather options as they have always felt more luxurious to me. There are also the benefits of natural feather bedding which includes natural insulation, breathability, and a comfortable sleeping temperature.

I was so impressed with the quality of these items and I was so excited to go to bed and try them out 😀 The duvet has that luxury hotel crunchy sound and just feels so cosy. The weightier feel of the down filling has actually helped me with my sleep too! If properly looked after feather bedding can last for many years and doesn’t loose its plumpness the same way other fillings can.

Visually my bed looks so much better with the fresh bedding. The duvet looks plump and comfortable and I think a bed needs to look like you just want to jump on it! If you are in need of some fresh bedding in your own home then be sure to head over to You Comfort to see what they have to offer.
