Dark Chocolate Cookies

Not only do you get the recipe for these delicious Dark Chocolate Cookies today but I also made my very first recipe video for them too. Making videos of my recipes and projects is something that I’ve wanted to do for a while but struggled to find the time. With lockdown in place and not much else to do I thought now would be the perfect time to give it a go. I’ll be uploading it to my YouTube page but I will also add it to the post just before the recipe. I really hope you like it!

So these cookies are soft, rich and chocolaty with dark chocolate chunks. They were also declared to be the best cookie I have ever made by Mason but to be fair he says that whenever I bake anything 😀 he is my best cheerleader!

I have been making a lot of cookies during lockdown because they are so quick to make. With only 15ish minutes making time and 15 minutes baking time you won’t have to wait too long to eat one of these.

I would like to try these Dark with White chocolate chunks too because I think the sweetness of white chocolate would work really well with the rich chocolate cookie. Also if you are looking for some other cookie recipes to try you might want to take a look at my After Dinner Mint Chocolate cookies or my Quick and Easy Chocolate Chip cookies, both are really delicious 🙂 .
