Hello everybody and a very happy new year to you all! Well it’s 2023 guys, sometimes I just can’t believe how fast the year seems to go by. Today I’m sharing the free 2023 Calendar Printables that I’ve created and also looking back over the year and towards the year ahead.
It’s been a quiet year here on Makes, Bakes and Decor. Life got busy and most of my home journey was shared on Instagram rather than here on the blog. But I’m determined to catch you up with all the projects and progress we’ve made this year. As well as working on new projects and sharing them as they happen.
It’s hard to believe that this time last year we hadn’t even lived in this house for a week. If you’re interested in seeing more of this house you will want to check out my Ground floor home tour (and I promise to get a tour of the upstairs posted soon!). We’ve made so much progress in the living room with the scaffolding shelves and adding in the electric fire. We’ve also completely changed the hallway and are slowly making our way up the stairway which I still have to share with you soon.
Lianne Hempsall Cakes also had its busiest year yet and I’m just so grateful for every single order. I’m already planning new ideas for the year ahead. I also took on a part time job managing the social media of a local business and it’s been so good to work outside the house again even if it’s only for a few hours a week.
And after many years of thinking about it I finally started a cleaning YouTube Channel Lianne Hempsall Home. So if you are in need of some cleaning motivation and you enjoy watching that kind of thing on YouTube then please do subscribe to my channel!
Looking forward to the year ahead I do have a few goals in mind both for my business and personal ones too. I want to continue making progress turning this house into our home focusing specifically on the kid’s bedrooms, the laundry room and getting the stairways and landings finished.
I hope to get as many orders for Lianne Hempsall cakes and if I can beat it even better. I will also be continuing with regular posting on YouTube and if possible I would really like to be monetised by the end of the year.
Here on the blog my goal is to post projects much sooner after they happen. This year I would leave things so long that I got to the point where I had so many projects I wanted to share and I just got overwhelmed.
A more personal goal of mine is to focus on self-care much more. I’ve had issues with my hair and scalp health that I want to really try and get sorted. I also really want to improve my fitness and mobility as the older I get the most important that feels.
So to the Free 2023 Calendar Printables! I find having the month visible somewhere in my office is so handy for when I’m planning out my time. And if it can be pretty then that is only a good thing right?! This year I’ve gone for a blue design. Blue isn’t usually my colour but I think these look really pretty.
They are also really good to use as save the dates or for baby announcement pictures. I hope you like them and I’ve listed them as individual months incase you don’t need the entire year.
